We are open to future collaborations for taking in mosquito samples from diverse geographic locations. We can perform the small RNA profiling for your lab and add the outputs to the MSRG.

        We are also interested in other future mosquito species, but we will need to make sure the genome sequence is sufficiently assembled and annotated. For example, we have listed below additional Anopheles species with genome sequences in VectorBase that we would be interested in collaborating with labs to profile their small RNAs for the MSRG.
